•Provide a Non-Political Environment in Our Schools.
•Provide Open Communication Between ail Staff, Ad-
ministration, and the School Board.
•Create a Participative Form of Management and Eliminate
the Existing Dictatorial Style.
•Academic Excellence.
•Fair and Equal Employment and Promotion Opportunities
for all.
•Provide Equal or Better Pay (than surrounding areas) for
our Teachers, Teacher-Aides, Bus Drivers, Custodians,
Cafeteria Workers and all Other Working Personnel.
•Provide and Maintain the Lowest Possible School Tax
Rate.
•Construct Much Needed Efficient and Modern School
Facilities.
•WITH YOUR VOTE AND SUPPORT WE WILL BRING THE MUCH NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS
AND CHANGES THAT HAVE REMAINED FORGOTTEN FOR TOO LONG.
