Note on verso reads:

"Spectators at the ceremonies for the laying of the cornerstone for the administration building, W.T.S. Normal College, Sept. 15, 1915. The railroad was build across the football field in order to facilitate the delivery of materials. Among the citizens to be seen are W.F. Heller, Mit Slack, Henry Baker, Cleveland Baker and Ed Baird."
