was unbroken this afternoon when

tory. Washington won from St.
Louis by a score of 3 to 2. Boehllng
however does not get credit for the
game because ha was takea out after
the seventh inning. In which the home
team scored both Its nips. Up to
this inning the Washington left-
hander had held St. Louis to two
scattsred singles. The victory goes
to Hughes who pitched the eighth
Inning. The home team scored Its
runs on a pasa a sacrifice and doubles
by Pratt and Williams (lullla pitched
to one man In the eighth Inning and
passed him on four successive balls.
