REMEMBER our big "Flood Sale" last fall eclipsed any sale ever known in the history of
Bastrop, and 16 salespeople were kept busy from morning until night waiting on the crowds that
thronged into our store; although this sale lasted over a month, many came too late and missed
some of the best bargains. The distribution of the goods from the stock at San Antonio must
necessarily be slow, and while there will be plenty for everybody, we advise that you call early
so as to get choice selections
