At Rig Theatre
There's not a reason in the world
why "Flying Romeos" the First Na-
tional comedy which comes to the
Rig theatre here beginning tonight
shouldn't be regarded as ono of tho
funniest pictures of the year.
Based on an unusually clever and
original idea, tho picture certainly
has a background of humor as' its
basis.
George Sidney and Charlie Mur-
ray. comedians of first rank, arc fea-
tured in it.
Mervyu LeRoy, comedy construc-
tor, scenarist and director of re-
pute, directed the picture, and E.
M. Asher, who has turned out more
feature comedy hits than any other
producer, was hack of its making.
In addition, the story was written
by John McDermott and Tim Who-
lan. two of Hollywood's most scin-
tillant humorists.

DALLAS, March 9(/P)—-A divorced
wife who has married again Is en-
titled to the Insurance of her di-
vorced husband in the event of his
death, provided he had NOT chang-
ed the beneficiary, Federal District
Judge William H. Atwell said in a
dccisiou given here.
A life insurance company filed an
interpleader, declaring it did NOT
know whether the money on a $2,-
000 double indemnity policy should
go to W. H. Adamson, administrator
of the estate of Herman H. Webster
or to his divorced wife, now Mrs.
Edna Mae Saal of New York.
In his decision. Judge Atwell said
that under Texas law a divorced
wife cannot receive benefit of hen
i dead divorced husband's insurance,
| while the federal law holds that
■ whu a policy is taken out iu good
faith by a husband in favor of his
wife, who is later divorced if there-
after the beneficiary is NOT chang-
ed, upon his death she will be
awarded the insurance. The policy
in question in this case was a Tex-
iis contract, but Judge Atwell point-
ed out that the United States Su-
preme Court ruling has been fol-
lowed by many courts of appeals
and by nearly all of the states,
