and says he has had peaceable and
adverse possession of the land here-
inafter described, cultivating using
and enjoying the same for a peri-
od of more than ten years next
preceeding the filing of this suit.
Fourth; Plaintiff alleges that
the defendauts and each of them
their heirs and the heirs of each of
them are claiming to own some in-
terest in the land hereinafter de
scribed the exact nature of which
claims this plaintiff is unable to
state but that such claims consti-
tute a cloud upon plaintiff's title
which plaintiff desires to remove
