This is to witness that whereas Stephen F Austin and W.M. Ohara
gave their joint obligation to Robert Andrews to make him a deed
for the one fourth of a Madred Claim, cirtificate Number 33 dated
November 30, 1816 issued to yohn /)or/<a*C far one hundred and
Sixty acres of land, and thereas the said S+F.Austin did by
a written agreement with Ohara agree to let him have the
one Eighth part of cirtificate number four hundred and thirty ane
paid to^.B. Covoiser for two hundred and forty arpents he the
said Ohara payingjthe one Eighth part of the Cost of said Claim ^
and whereas the said Stephen F Austin has this day sold all his
right title and claim to said two cirtificates above named
be:y^p, the one undevided half thereof to James Bryan now this is
to witness that I the said James Bryan do hereby obligate zy-
self to comply with the said obligation given to R. Andrews
and also with the agreement with Ohara and to give them
Deeds for the quantity of said claims mentioned in said obli-
gat&&!'jand agreement whenever they the said Andrew and Ohara
Shall have paid up their proportion of money as expressed in
said obligation and agreement
