Ohara gave their joint obligation to Robert Andrews to make him a deed for the one fourth of a Madred Claim, cirtificate Number 33 dated November 30, 1816 issued to yohn /)or/<a*C far one hundred and Sixty acres of land, and thereas the said S+F.Austin did by a written agreement with Ohara agree to let him have the one Eighth part of cirtificate number four hundred and thirty ane paid to^.B.
