Copy of transcript for a letter from W. S. Parrott to Stephen F. Austin, in which Parrott informs Austin that John Colburn, (a man claiming to come from Austin's colony), has stolen money using falsified credentials. Parrott also asks Austin to keep a look out for Colburn and Pearly S. Girard (the man believed to be his accomplice), and to areest them both on sight.
