I, CRAWFORD C. MARTIN, Secretary of State of the State of
Texas DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the following General and
Special Laws and Resolutions passed at the Regular Session
of the Fifty-Ninth Legislature of the State of Texas, convened
the 12th day of January, 1965 and adjourned the 31st day of
May, 1965 have been carefully examined and compared by
me with the original enrolled bills now on file in the Office
of the Secretary of State, and that they are true and correct
copies of said original enrolled bills.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have here-
unto signed my name officially and caused
