I, DAVID A. DEAN, Secretary of State of the State of Texas,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the following General and Special
Laws and Resolutions passed at the Regular Session of the
Sixty-Seventh Legislature of the State of Texas, convened the
13th day of January, 1981 and adjourned the 1st day of June,
1981, have been carefully examined and compared by me
with the original enrolled bills now on file in the Office of the
Secretary of State, and that they are true and correct copies of
said original enrolled bills.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto
signed my name officially and caused to be
impressed hereon the Seal of State at my
office in the City of Austin, this 14th day of
December, A.D. 1981.
