the provisions of Chapter 15, Title 126, Revised Statutes of 1911,
as continued in force by Chapter 10, Title 122, Revised Statutes
of 1925, and adopted by the City of Bastrop by an order of its City
Council of record in Vol G, page 252, of the Minutes of said City
Council and now a record of said City; and being the same land
more particularly described in instrument of record in Vol. 43.

against Bamer Frederick and the unknown heirs and legal repre-
sentative- of Add Frederick, deceased as defendants, numbered on
