I was a school teacher yesterday in the absence
of Viss Garvin who teaches the Ath and 7th Grades.
She has recovered from her sickness today and has
resumed her work, greatly to my relief. After all
I don't think teaching is so badblt I imagine it
would get exceedingly monotonous in a year's time.
Sunday was one of the most beautiful days we've
had. The Presiding Flaer was at the Miethodist church
and we dismissed for their service. I went to EushKnot
in tne atterncon, came tack and had a meeting
of the young folks to consider further the organization
of a Christian Endeavorana Dreacnea that night to a
good crowd of young folks and a few older ones. That
night service was one ot the most eniovable I ever
exDerienced,
After P or 4 days of sanshiny weather it looks
considerably like rain again. The toys coming home
from France are slightly disapDointed that they cannot
final some dry dirt for a change.
