Whereas it has been the Divine will of God to call home our dear brother
Fred Hens on, who became a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in its early
years, and was active in many phases of its work: We, the pastor and mem-
bers share with you in this time of bereavement, and feel the load you carry.
Be it resolved that the membership, in the love of Christ, will be support-
ive in all possible ways - - comforting, lifting and sharing, le it further
resolved that the family will keep the faith, and let the hope of God
brighten life's way and give you courage. God is truly able to sustain
every heart. He can and will give strength , equal to the task , if you
trust Him. Rely on the precious promises of God, for they are sure. Find
consolation in His Holy word. In Isaiah hit 10 he says, "Fear thou not,
for I am with thee: be not dismayed, for I am thy God: I will strengthen
thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of
my righteousness."
FAITH sees beyond the grave,
A home of rest;
And whispers in the gloom,
"God's will is best."
HOPE, like a shining star,
Brightens life's way;
Gives courage to the faint,
From day to day.
LOVE, greatest gift of all,
Calms ev'ry fear;
Makes all our burdens light,
Brings Heaven near.
The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee
and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and
give thee peace.
Humbly submitted,
Calvary Baptist Church
Rev. Robert Miller, Jr., Pastor
