On the evening of December 27, 1978, at 6:45 p.m.. The
Angel of Silence came into the home of Sister Lucille H.
Thomas.
Sister Thomas was born in La Vernia, Texas to Mr. and
Mrs. Saul Wash. Sister Thomas professed religion at an early-
age and was baptized. Bro. Theodore Thomas and Sister
Lucille {WashI Thomas were united in Holy Matrimony for 33
years. She was a faithful and dedicated member of Rose of
Sharon Baptist Church, Pastor Rev. Robert L. Spencer.
Her survwors include her husband, Mr. Theodore
Thomas; one son, Mrs. Washington Young, Jr., and loving
daughter-in-law, San Antonio, Texas; two sisters: Mrs. Thelma
I. Adams, Long Beach, Calif.; and Mrs. Daisy Harris, San An-
tionio; children, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives
