Letter to Mrs. Olivia C. Herrera, wife of John J. Herrera, from Houston Mayor Oscar Holcombe. Holcombe acknowledges Mrs. Herrera's letter concerning her husband, whom Holcombe refers to as "Johnny," and informs Mrs. Herrera that he had written to Mr. Herrera two days before suggesting that Mr. Herrera meet with City Secretary H. C. Jacobs.
