questing leave to amend his application for construction per-

frequency 1510 kc instead of 550 kc; and to change paragraphs
16, 19, 21, 27 and 28 of the application so as to reflect the
change in frequency and engineering information incidental there-
to; as more particularly appears from the amendment filed simul-
