Dear Georges
This is to acknowledge the receipt !
of your letter of August 7th and to let you know
that 1 think that it would be a good idea to
get all of the surrounding councils together.
However § as Thursday is our regular meeting day
and has been for years* 1 think it would be a good
idea if you could sake it here on Thursday evening,
August 17th and I could call a special meeting of
ali H uston and surrounding councils and it would
be a fine opportunity for you to meet them all at
a Kass meeting.
I have not made your reservations at the
Kice yet because there will still be plenty of
time after I receive the answer to your letter. 1
m sure that at this meeting 1 can call together
Galveston, Wharton, Pasadena and Houston for youf
so please let me know if you can sake it Thursday
evening so that I can get ay correspondence out.
