MINUTES OF THE LULAC SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 18, 1976
4 Seasons Motel, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Meeting was called to order by Acting State Director Maria Olivas at 9:30 a.m.
A prayer was lead by Colonel Tom Martinez. Roll call of officers present:

Correspondence - letters were read by Maria Olivas in which she informed members
of the contents of the letter from the National Legal Advisor, Mr. John J. Herrera
on approval to hold a special election. Mr. Trujillo, who is the State treasurer,
asked for the names of the delegates for certification. A short recess was taken
