owner; sale price; trade-in; taxable value; amount net tax
collected; motor or vehicle identification number; address
of seller or owner; year, make, body style, and license
number of vehicle; first lien date and amount; names and
addresses of first and second lien holders; date receipt issued;
county; and name of tax assessor-collector. Copies
are kept approximately eighteen months. Arranged by receipt
number. No index.
156. MONTHLY REPORT OF MOTOR VEHICLE SALES AND USE TAXES. 1967current.
Copies of monthly summaries of receipts reported, and void;
and detailed report of collectors of sales and use tax for
motor vehicle. Shows date, amount collected, amount of fees
