Clerk's record of proceedings of the county co;inmissioners sitting as
a board of land commissioners to issue conditional and unconditional certificates
for public lands; conditional certificates required occupation
and improvement of lands, unconditional required proof of military service
and that land be surveyed and field notes filed for record. Minutes
show date, name of grantee, date of arrival, and length of residence in
Texas, and amount and description of land grant.
