parole commissioner to accept a new duty station.

continue to levy a $10 per $100 assessment for road
purposes when the county road districts have no out-
standing bonded indebtedness.

roads and bridges pursuant to Vernon's Texas Civil
Statutes, Article 6790, where there is no outstanding
bonded indebtedness pertaining to the county roads.
