in her efforts to reclaim such erring church, this body shall
drop any such from her Union.
ARTICLE VI.
Also when a serious difficulty may arise in an individual
church, which they themselves cannot reconcile, they may
call in the aid of one or two more churches in the Union to
assist in the work, and if satisfaction in the opinion of the
helps is not obtained, the case may be brought before the
Association, which shall take up the case and act upon it.
ARTICLE VII.
The Association shall have an annual meeting, to continue
four day, or longer at such time and place as the Associa-
tion from year to year may appoint.
ARTICLE VIII.
There shall be elected by ballot, on the first day of each
annual meeting, a Moderator, Corresponding Secretary,
Clerk and Treasurer, who shall hold their offices until their
successors are elected.
ARTICLE IX.
Each church shall be entitled to the following number of
representatives, viz: Those having under twenty-five mem-
bers, three; those having over this number and under fifty-
four; those having over this number and under one hundred,
five; and those having over one hundred, six,
ARTICLE X.
This Assotiation may hold adjourned meetings at any time
or place, or a called meeting at the discretion of the Mode-
rator.
ARTICLE XI.
Any church esteemed sound in doctrine and the ordinan-
ces, by this body, may be received by letter and delegates,
provided it was constituted in accordance with the rules of
our organization.
ARTICLE XII.
No alternation or amendment to this Constitution shall be
made, until it shall first be adopted by a majority of the As.
sociation and published in the minutes, and then panod bj-
two-thirds of the Association at the next session.
