This edition provides information for the next annual chapter to be held in Grapevine, TX. Dave Terre wrote an article about the Patsy B. Hollandsworth Family Foundation contribution to the TCAFS student scholarship program. Ray Mathews wrote three of the articles: one highlighting Heather Kuler for being the youngest TCAFS member, another on the TCAFS skeg and its meaning to the Chapter, and the third honoring Randy Rushin - Water Monitoring Solutions, Inc., longest TCAFS exhibitor and sponsor.
