bove entitled cause, from the
Justice Court in and for Precin
ct No. 4, of Wood county in the
State of Texas, dated the 2 day
of December, A. D. 1924, and
numbered on the docket of
said court, No. 4988, I have le-
vied upon and will sell for
cash, without appraisement, at
public vendue to the highest
bidder, on the 13 day of Dec.
A. D. 1924, at Winnsboro, in
the County of Wood, between
the hours of 10 o'clock a. m.
and 4 o'clock p. m. the follow-
ing described property viz:
470 lbs. seed cotton, two cows
and calves, one brown and whi-
le spotted heifer about 14 mon-
ths old, 804 lbs ear corn and 36
lbs. shelled com.
Said property being levied up
on as the property of A. E. Wy
att to satisfy said order of sale
issued out of said Court in fa-
vor of B. F. Campbell and a-
gainst A. E. Wyatt for the
sum of Seventy seven and 16
one hundredths dollars, and
costs of suit.
