Glob Hears Talk by Taylor;
Enjoys "42" and Refreshments

The Community Club met
Monday, February 5, in the Com-
munity Center. Approximately
thirty-five were present to hear
Dennis Taylor speak. After the
speech, the group enjoyed games
of "42" and refreshments of
cookies, punch and coffee.
Mr. and Mrs. Weldon McClure
were Sunday night and Monday
visitors in the home of Rev. and
Mrs. Clayton Watkins and fam-
ily in Summerfield.
Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Brown vis-
ited Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Ham-
bright and Cathy and Mr. and
Mrs. Holt Bishop Saturday night.
Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Denson and
Bruce visited Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Moore Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Norman and
D'Lynne of Levelland were
weekend guests of her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. John Flecher.

Attends Ballet
Theatre Friday
Dinner out and an evening at
•he ballet were this year's spec-
ial occasion for the Junior Har-
mony Club. The organization
held this meeting Friday.
Members saw Marie Tallchief
perform with the American Bal-
let Theatre in Lubbock's munici-
pal auditorium. On the program
were the second act of Tchaiko-
sky's "Swan Lake", Copeland's
"Billy the Kid" and Czerny's
"Etudes".

Blagg, Bob Kendrick, Harold
Hodges, Thomas Compton and
Erice Allen.
