REAL ESTATE TRANSFER®.
THE NEW STORE IS NEW,
But very old in the business, and will always be
conducted only one way, in a manner pleasing to
the masses. The wisdom oi this policy is demon-
strated in our gradual growth from year to year,
until we were forced into more commodious quar-
ters to accommodate our large and increasing
trade. The continued success of this store h«s ad-
ded to our ambition and enabled up to install and
equip a thoroughly Modern Drug Store in our new
place, one door west of old stand. We invite your
nspection and patronage.

Blight's Disease is more dread-
ed by physicians than auv of the
serious disoiders with which they
have to deal because of its insidi-
ous and malignaut character, If
prompt action were taken when
headaches, urinary di orders, di-
gestive troubles first appear,much
suffering and sorrow would be
averted. Piickly Ash Bitters will
quickly stop the spread of the
disease, quiet the inflammation,
heal the kidneys and bladder,

and drive poisous and impurities

McKlNNEY PEOPLE
Can Accept This Statement as
Absolutely True.
Most people think of the word
''testimonial" as referring to a
statement from some stranger
living in a far-off state. The
testimony that guaiantees Doan's
Kidney Pills to McKinney suffer-
ers is McKinney testimony. We
publish here the testimonial of
McKinney's postmaster. Ask
biin if it is true.
Postmaster H E Smith, of Mc-
Kinney, Tex., makes the follow-
ing statement recommending
Doan's Kidney Pill*: "1 first
heard of this remedy through a
fiiend of mine who wus using it
and "ecomine ided it so highly
that 1 went to Smith Bros & Co's
drug store and got a box. 1 had
been troubled off aud on with
rheumatic p in, but after using
one box of Doan's Kidney Pills
the paiu disappeared and the ac-
tion of the kidneys was restored
to a normal condition. I thiuk
that Doan's Kidney Pills are au
excellent remedy, and am pleased
to recommend them."

One of the most important trans-
actions of the meeting of Synod
at Fort Worth last week was the
appointment of Rev W H Rich-
ardson of McKinney, as financial
agent. Mr Richardson is well
known all over the State having
been the Synodical Evangelist for
several years. He has accepted
the position and enters upon his
new duties at once.—Milford
Courier.
Rev Richardson is holding ser-
vices «t the Presbyterian church
hero this week and is delivering
some strong discourses for the
Master's cause.—Midlothian Ai-
gus>news.
Key Richardson has returned
from Midlothian und reports a
most excellent meeting there,
notwithstanding the most unfa-
vorable weather. The member-
ship of the church was increased
almost one hundred per cent, be-
sides a nice sum raised for the
local church and Synod'tf work.
After four years and seven
months of Evangelistic work for
the Synod of Tex is, he now be-
comes the Representative of the
Synod in its educational interests.
The Synod of Iexas has the fol-
lowing institutions under its care,
viz: Austin College, locuted at
Sherman, Texas; Daniel Baker
College, located at Brownwood;
The '1 lieologlcal Seminaly,locat d
at Austin; Texas Presbyterian
Colletre for girls, located at
.Milford; Tho Orphans Home,
looated at Files Valley, and Tbt
Out ant College, located at Du-
ra lit, 1 T. 1 he first of this week,
a gentleman in Dallas gave a
check for $5000 for the Orphans
Home. In the past three week*
there has been given for the
Home three hundred and forty-
three acres of rich black lund in
Files Valley, also $9,000 in cash.
