-- [HE BURRO*
Naomi was slightly timid, that's a fact;
But in school spirit she did not lack.
~ She was studious and it was the delight of her
obb To see one of our boys kick a football goal.
Gilbert had very wise looking eyes,
And when he high jumped he touched the skies.
H- sure was a good camping pal,
But never got stuck on any special gal.
Though her name is Priddy,
She is not so pretty;
Yet in book lore very wise,
And a genius in disguise.
Wale was very wise in books
Not very talkative, but with a solemn look;
When teacher asked a question he would grin
And then "Wade" in; h's knowledge would
make Solomon's head swim.
She looked down on the world-yes, she did;
And her dark eyes made a bid
For the best and truest man.
She had the lead:ng part :n the Senior play,
And she played it grand.
