A sight most familiar to the High School students is that of
the group of girls that make up the Volleyball team, for that team
is the one team that practices the year around. They work hard
and have a most excellent fighting spirit and under the coaching of
Miss Stamper have blossomed forth into a team that did not beat
Strawn, but one that played the game fair and square.
The members of this team are
Mary Blanche Alford
John Elizabeth Wade
Helen Ruth Rainey
Mary Catherine Carson
Lois A. Stamper
