Many generations of students have walked through
the halls of Mineral Wells High School, as they have
prepared themselves to walk through a larger and
more obstructed hallway, the hallway of life. M. W.
H. S. has also echoed the strains of our Alma Mater,
our cheers of victory, and the silence of defeat; but
in doing this, the walls have deteriorated. Now there
has arisen a need for a new structure to take the
place of the Mineral Wells High School that we all
know and love so dearly. New corridors, walls, stair-
ways, and classrooms are being built and will soon
bear the name, Mineral Wells High School. The staff
proudly dedicates the 1953 Burro to the memory of
the old and the hope of the new.
Here’s what’s next.
