There is a black-and-white illustration on the right of the card depicting birds sitting on a crossroads sign pointing "From our house" and "To your house"; the words "Greetings and best wishes for the new year" are under the illustration. In the photograph, a young boy (John Arthur) is standing behind his younger brother (Byron Lee) who is seated in an infant seat. A handwritten note under the photograph says, "With Love, Wendell, Janie, Arthur & Byron."
