hour. Tuesday morning Fred J. Feld-
man shot and Instantly killed a burg-
lar who waa In the act of entering
his residence. The man waa aubae-
quently Identified aa T. C. Casey a
former traveling salesman of Seattle.
A dirk a bunch of skeleton keys and
a bottle of chloroform were found on
the body of deceased. He was pecu-
liarly clad wearing seven sockt on
one foot and six on the other. He also
wore six shirts and several pairs of
trousers. Feldinan was exonerated.
