Posltlv Proof of Another Crime Now
Thought to Have Been 8ecured.
Lanorte. Ind. May 20. If anything
additional were needed to prove the
contention of Sheriff -Smulzer and
Prosecutor Smith that Mrs. Bella Gun-
ness Is dead It was 'supplied Tuesday
when Louis Shultz the expert. miner
found In the ashes of the Gunness
houso the upper and lower bridges
containing the false teeth of the worn-
! an. In view of the unmistakable evi
dence Coroner Mack stated that he
would probably render an official find-
ing that the burned adult female body
was that of Mrs. Gunness.
What Is considered positive proof
that Henry Guerholdt of Scandinavia
Wis. came to Laporte and was put
out of the way by Mrs. Gunness was
supplied Tuesday when Sheriff Smul-
zer received a letter containing a de-
scription of Guerholdt's watch which
tallies with one of the watches found
In the ruins of the burned home.
