Jno. Keithley, Street commissioner
for the first ward, has completed the
work of repairing Austin avenue,
or rather that part of the aven ue
which is situated in his ward, and
we bear testimony to the fact that
he has made a splendid job of it.
This avenue, wlrch heretofore was

now in excellent condition, and
without question the best street with-
in the city limits. He will now tuin
his attention to the north part of
Houston avenue, which needs his
attention vi ry much. The street or-

do as well as Keithley has done, will
