Lee Oswald, 23. 4907 Magazine,
Mondny was sentenced lo pay a
line of J10 or serve 13 days in
jail on a charge of disturbing the
peace by creating a scene.
Oswald was arrested by First
District police at 4:15 p. m. Fri-
day in the 700 block of Canal
while he was reportedly distribut-
ing pamphlets asking for a "Fair
Play for Cuba."
Police were called to the scene
when three Cubans reportedly
sought to stop Oswald. Municipal
charges against the Cubans for
turbing the pcace were dropped
