Photocopy of a criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Special Service Bureau in Dallas, Texas. The report, which was submitted by detective R. W. Westphal, states that Joe Rodriquez Molina's automobile was seen in front of his home. Molina is a member of the American G. I. Forum.
