ers' 27, with Milkiewicz again
recovering to put Wylie in po-
sition for its fourth TD, this
one coming on a five-yard run
by Don Mattox.
Chad Hensley, who caught
four passes for 122 yards, got
most of his yardage on a 75-
yard touchdown pass from
Link and, along with Craig
Story's fifth extra point, gave
Wylie a 35-0 lead.
Linebacker Chris White ad-
ded the final score, running
back an interception 25 yards

Wilson, a 5-7, 140-pound

Wylie's freshman football
team coasted to its sixth win
in seven outings Thursday,
defeating Princeton 28-12 at
Pirate Stadium.
Bryan Jett recovered a
kickoff to open the second
quarter, and on the first play
from scrimmage Greg Smith
hit Michael Benitez with a 25-
yard pass to the Princeton 8.
Anthony Escalante, on an
option to the right, carried in
for the first touchdown. The
conversion run was no good.
On Princeton's next posses-
sion, Brandt Locke recovered
a Panther fumble at the 40
and the Pirates quickly moved
down field with Escalante
scoring from the 10.
Princeton kicked off to start
the second half. Jason Norton
received the kick, pitched
back to Smith, and he scamp-
ered 70 yards for Wylie's third
TD. Escalante added the two-
point conversion.

7th Grade Volleyball
Teams Defeated
Wylie's seventh grade girls
volleyball teams dropped their
season finales Monday at
Allen.
The A team lost, 3-15,
13-15, and the B team was
beaten, 9-15, 15-5, 4-15. The
A team finished at 5-3; the B
team was 5-2 for the year.
In the A match, Lindsay
Cain led Wylie with seven
successful serves, while Chel-
sea Buchanan* and Andrea
Denig played well on defense.
In the B match, Jennifer
Schraplau had seven points
and Bernadette Smith stood
out on defense.
Little Elm Bests
Community, 20-6
In a game that was much
closer than the score indicat-
ed, Little Elm's Lobos turned
back the Community Braves
20-6 Friday at Community.
Little Elm scored in the sec-
ond quarter on a six yard run
by Sam Wallis.
Community tied it up early
in the third period when Chris
Anderson passed 20 yards to
John Grant.
The Lobos went ahead in
the fourth quarter and then
iced it away with a minute left
in the game on another Wailis
touchdown.
