8th. There being several churches that have not been represented in or
heard from by the Association for several years, viz: Mt. Bulah, Steel's Creek,
* ~ and Friendship, in Grimes County, the Association takes this method of informing
them that unless they are represented in or heard from at our next Association,
we will drop them from the rolls, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward to each of said churches some of these Minutes to notify them of our
action in the premises.
9th. Appointed the Clerk to superintend the printing and distributing of
the Minutes, and to have 400 copies struck and to allow the Clerk ten dollars for
his services in attending the printing and distributing of said Minutes.
Preaching at the stand by Elders J. G. Neal and J. R. Burns, in the forenoon,
and T. Brittain in the afternoon.
Being dismissed in order, the brethern dispersed in peace until our next
meeting as above stated.
