Physicals slated next week
Junior high and high
school physicals for the 2008-
2009 school year will be given
at the secondary school cam-
pus over a two-day period for
next year's seventh through
12th graders.
The secondary physicals
will be conducted by Big
Country Family Care Clinic
personnel, basically during
athletic periods.
Junior high and high
school girls will be given
physical exams on Monday,
May 12, while all the boys are
set up for Tuesday, May 13.
Current sixth graders will be
bused to the high school gym

Forms are being distrib-
uted to those planning to
participate in junior high and
high school athletics.
"School athletes and
cheerleaders must have their

a parent," said Coach Denney
Faith. "They have to bring
those back before the physi-
cal can be done."
Dr. Ryan Ford is providing
the upcoming physical exam-
inations free of charge.
However, if a student
misses the May 12-13 dates,
parents will have to make ar-

special memorial awards.

letic Booster Club include
Jana Kitchens and Tammy
Brown - co-presidents, Jennie
Bailey - treasurer, and Melis-

delivered to the gym by 5:00
p.m. on the day of the ban-
quet.
Also, parents who are will-
ing to help decorate are asked
to be at the gym after 3:30
p.m. on Tuesday.
All athletes, varsity and
junior varsity, are invited
to attend free of charge and
will be recognized during the
banquet Custom sports t-
shirts will be available to all
athletes at the banquet for $5
each.
