The Girls' Boosting Club of A. C. C. was organized for the sole purpose of

do such "big things," but, since the lesser things are the vital things, we determined
to do them well so that our trustees and friends, seeing our efforts,
might do the really great things for us. We determined that we would keep

Unfortunately our high aims and aspirations were somewhat lowered and
diverted into another channel by the jeers and taunts of the boys who considered
it a movement against them. They immediately took steps to "plagarize"

ours, were forced to do what we could against them and in spite of them,
rather than with their aid as we had hoped and expected.
However we feel that we have accomplished some good for A. C. C. We
have interested some of our friends in her progress. We have secured several
nice contributions for our library and we have "worked with our own hands"
for A. C. C. If we have accomplished only a little of our ideal, it is well.
