PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE (continuedfrom page 1)
time there has been a suggestion in the mill proposing a smaller
quorum be required for action of the executive council. This action
would require a majority vote of full membership in attendance at a
regular meeting, and thus also requires advance publication in our
newspaper. Today I want to report that this current council has
reviewed this proposal of reduction to four rather than the present
requirement of five. This council is not in favor of such reduction
and have voted not to recommend this proposal to full body action.
Jim Feezel, President
