BREAD
BOILED EGG TEST
Sometimes the eggs you
have hard-boiled- will be
put in with the fresh eggs
in your refrigerator. You
can't tell which is which
by looking at them, but
there is a simple test
that removes all doubt.
Place the egg in question
on its side and spin it
like a top. If it spins on
an even keel, it has been
cooked. If it wobbles
when you spin it, the egg
is fresh.
