NAACP MEETING FRIDAY
The NAACP will meet Friday, July 5, 1968 at

are invited. Aims, goals and projects will
be discussed, This meeting is closed to the press.
EDUCATION IS OUR FREEDOM
We wish to congratulate all
the graduates of 1968; especially
It is wonderful to see members
of our race rise above their
parents level and really try to
become educated, We especially
congratulate those who have
decided to continue their education,
It is a wonderful experience'
to keep on educating one's self.
One can never "know" too much.
There is no limit to learning.
As the saying goes, "learn
something new everyday." Education
and learning just go
on and on; it never stops,
I hope that each of you will
take advantage of the opportunities
open to you. There
are more and more doors being
opened to everyohe. Anyone can
do on with their education if
they have the drive and initiative.
There are a number
of ways one can attend college
now. Being poor does no longer
stop a person from continuing
his education. Better
jobs, better pay are being offered
to college graduates.
College graduates are in
demand. More education is
needed now to get a good job.
