ON THE COVER
The sight of the pristine, pastel cottages on the east end of Santa Rosa Street in
downtown Victoria has become a familiar one. Jane Gregory and Tom O'Connor began
their restoration project several years ago on the five row houses in the 600 block
of East Santa Rosa Street. Once included on the Victoria Preservation's annual Home
Tour, the five houses function as bed-and-breakfast cottages for those travelers who are
looking for a combination of charm and elegance. The cover photo is by Tom Murrah.
