and for each additional absence a ten percent reduction will be
made on the remaining credit value of the course. E. g. in a
five hour course when a student gets as many as five absences his
credit may be reduced to four term hours.
If any athletic team, glee club or other group of students
need to be absent for the purpose of representing the college,
the faculty member in charge must present to the Dean at least
twenty-four hours before the group is to leave a complete roster
of those to go. These absences will be classed as excused absences.
All work missed must be made up before another group

injurious to the user. The management is aware of the fact

permitted to represent the college in any public way. This means
that such student cannot represent the college in any music club,
public speaking contest, or any athletic team or to hold office on
any college publication. Since the college is opposed to the
use of tobacco, we believe that no student who uses it should hold
any position of honor or trust in any of the college activities.

a copy of its constitution, and by-laws or rules of organization
and procedure. Anyone or all of these should set forth
the purpose of the organization, its charter members, its officers,
its time and place of meeting, and the nature of its meetings. No
