A failure to comply with this regulation may mean the loss
of all returnable fees and dismissal from college.
Any student desiring temporary absence from the college
will obtain permission before absenting himself. If a student
should leave without permission, he will be permitted to remain
in school only on probation.
CHANGE IN COURSE OF STUDY.
A student may change his course in either of two ways.
The instructor may recommend the change, or the student may
make the change, provided he gets the consent of the instructor
whose department he leaves and the instructor whose
department he enters. The recommendations must be taken
to the Dean, who may accept or reject them.
Changes on the part of the student will be made only upon
the payment to the Registrar of one dollar change fee.
Any student who presumes to change a course through any
other method may be dismissed.
A late registration fee of $2.50 will be charged all students
who fail to register within the days in each term which are
designated as registration days.
A late registration fee will be charged all students who return
late after the Xmas vacation or after the spring term
At the end of each term there will be held a series of final
examinations. Each instructor is asked to give the examinations.
The Dean reserves the right to "condition" the work
of any course upon which exemptions are made.
A fee of one dollar will be charged for any examination
taken at a time other than when scheduled.
A library fee of $2.00 per term is charged. Books may be
kept out for seven days, except those on reserve shelves, which
may be kept out one hour only. A fine of five cents per day
will be charged for regular books kept over time, and of ten
