OUR PRESENT EQUIPMENT; NEW AND MODERN.
Our equipment is practically new. It is all modern and usable,
and is worth three hundred thousand dollars. Of course
this is not enough for a first class college, but it is an excellent
foundation. It should be much easier to get the additional equipment
that is needed than it was to get what we have. We believe
it will be. The organization which has been gotten together as a
result of years of work, the recognition that is accorded the institution,
the enthusiastic loyalty of its students and patrons, and
the character of its service give it the right to ask for a united
support. We are glad to be able to report that the program for
the enlarged service is being enthusiastically received everywhere.
The administration building has been used three and a
half years. It is a brick and concrete structure, modern in design
and construction. Besides the basement, library and study
hall, it contains sixteen excellent class rooms, the three offices
and auditorium, all well furnished. The auditorium is one of
the best west of Fort Worth. We can care properly for four hundred
students in this building.
This is one of our homes for girls. It is an excellent brick
and concrete structure of three stories. It has all ordinary modern
conveniences, steam heat, running water in each room, two
bath rooms on each floor, with hot and cold water, and electric
lights. It is nicely furnished throughout. The library, reception
parlor, and dining room are decorated with Sister Sewell's
