At the end of tlie junior year a certificate is granted( to those
satisfactorily completing thie assigned work in violin. In laddtlititol
to this the student is required to give a junior recital, take two

college work.
Diploma
A student may receive a diploma at the endl of four years,
upon tlhe satisfactory completion of the four years' prescribed
('work il \ioin, three years college work, alnd in addition to the
theory alove, adlvanced composition, andl second ear counterpoint.
A senior recital is required of all (liploma students.
