Academic Program
If a student does not attend a class for which he is enrolled, or attends for only
a short time, and unofficially quits class, he automatically receives an "F" for
the course.
DROPPING A COURSE
If it becomes necessary for a student to drop a course during a semester, he
should make arrangements through the Admissions and Records Office to
drop.
A WD will be given to a student who drops a course any time from the close of
Registration to the end of the 8th week. NO COURSE MAY BE DROPPED
AFTER THE 8th WEEK. If a student fails a course as the result of absences,
the WD will not be in effect.
TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts of credit will be supplied to all students and former students requesting
them IN WRITING provided all financial obligations are paid in full
or loan notes current. After the first transcript, a fee of $2.00 will be charged
for each additional transcript. The Admissions and Records Office should be
notified AT LEAST THREE DAYS before the transcript is required in order
to allow sufficient time for the necessary checking before the transcript is
made.
DIVISION OF CONTINUING EDUCATION

Continuing Education.
The Bachelor of General Studies is offered especially for those mature adults
who seek a program tailored particularly to their individual needs.
For those seeking organized activities for personal enrichment, recreation, and
pleasure a number of credit-free courses, seminars, workshops, and group
studies are offered throughout the academic year. Interested individuals and
groups are invited to contact the Director of Continuing Education.
