I have watched the use of thft medicine
now knowh iw "Swift's Syphilitic Specific,"
since the year 18!27-over50years ngo-and have
never heard ot a failure to cure when proper-
ly taken. 1 commenced the use of if ou mv
slaws. between 1850 awl 1865, and as also did
tl number of my neighbor, ami In fvery case
that camo within my knowledge it effected a
cure. In 1835 my molher-In-law, George
Walker, bought at auction a slave not war-
ranted. Alter the purchase it was discover-
ed that he had had syphilis for twelve years.
His head was without a hah1 on it. Ite trea-
ted him with this remedy, and in four weeks
he was sound and well, and I n a short time
had as fitie a head of hair a» was ever owued
by a negro. He owned this slave many years,
avid he never had any return of the disease,
nor lost a day's work. Thin i» only ono
among hnndreds of instances of remarkable
cures made by this medicine. In all my pat>t.
life l have never known a remedy that would
