Vinson who was arresteu by R, H.
Burch as being an accesory be-
fore the fact, was in the jail and
from him the reporter got this
statement: "After Jim was shot
he walked about fifteen feet and
then walked back and sank to
the ground, and then they carried
him home and then he died."
Justice Chappell went out and
held'an inquest over the remains
and brought in a verdict stating
that deceased met his death from
gun shot wounds inflicted by
Perry Wright.
A little girl standing hear the
